Totalplay is a Telecommunications company that offers fixed broadband Internet, pay TV and fixed telephone lines. Services are provided through its own optical fiber network, making Totalplay the only carrier in Mexico that offers optical fibers directly connected to homes. The company provides the most Innovative services in the industry offering: IPV6, 4K and 8K with the same quality within all places we have geographical coverage.

Totalplay has internally developed a TV interface, that is friendly, graphic and intuitive for all users. Such interface integrates the most popular applications for streaming, offering our clients all services in a single platform. Customers can even subscribe to any of these third-party apps through our platform, and pay all services in one invoice.

Plans with back-up included: Dedicated Internet, LAN (Local Area Network) to LAN, MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching), online page for enterprise services management, among others.

Cloud solutions such as: G Suite, virtual servers, fleets, security cameras and secure navigation locks. In 2004, Grupo Iusacell made substantial investments to start the deployment of an optical fiber network within Mexico, initially to connect Grupo Salinas Companies.

From that investment and usage of the fiber optic network, used and managed by Grupo Iusacell, an idea to provide additional services was born. Broadband Internet and voice over IP (VoIP), and paid TV Services with IPTV.

2010 - Totalplay started operation test runs and the first services offered were Live (TV) and Video on Demand (VoD)

In 2011 - the company introduced the following services: Fiber to the home (FTTH), high speed broadband connection, Interactive TV, and High Definition (HD) services.

2014 - Totalplay made a spin-off from Grupo Iusacell, in light of Iusacell’s sale to At&T, maintaining its investment and optic fiber infrastructure.

2016 - Totalplay was innovative, being one of the first internet services companies to provide live transmissions with 4K resolution, and at the same time, offering high quality TV service. From February 2016 to April 2020, consecutively, Totalplay has obtained the Netflix recognition as the fastest Internet speed provider.

Between 2015 and 2019, Totalplay reported a 40% CAGR growth in consolidated revenues.
